Effective 2026. Welcome to Counsel Foundry. These Terms of Service govern all services, digital products, and physical goods offered on counselfoundry.info related to corporate legal guidance for business operations.

3. Fees and Payments
All fees are listed on our website and are due prior to delivery of any service or product. Clients must complete payment in full to secure engagement.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Professional Corporate Legal Guidance Services
Clients may request cancellation at least 5 business days before the scheduled session for a full reimbursement. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Services may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 3 business days in advance.
4.2 Digital Information Products
Digital manuals, checklists, and templates are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Clients must request a return authorization in writing. Approved reimbursements are issued within 14 days after receipt of returned goods, using the original payment method.
4.4 Non-Refundable Services
Custom legal filings, court representation, and other specialized services are non-refundable due to the bespoke work undertaken upon engagement. This policy ensures fair allocation of professional resources and effort.
5. Modifications to Terms
Counsel Foundry reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website announcement. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hawalli Governorate.
